JK Padampat Singhania Institute of Management & Technology (JKPS), Gurgaon, had recently organized a national seminar on “Managing Talent for Growth and Sustainability” at its campus premises. The objective of the B-school to conduct this seminar was to analyze and suggest the practices and models to effectively manage talent for growth and sustainability. Thereby providing a platform to academicians, professionals and researchers to discuss the issues in managing talent.

The Chief Guest for the seminar Mr. Aquil Busrai, Executive Director - HR, IBM India Limited said, “In today’s globalized business environment, historical sources of advantage have diminished in value to the point that they are now fast becoming irrelevant.
