I,Anjan Mahto,am studying in BBA 2nd semester. I have been sent for on- the-job-training at Bizzot is an excellent experience. I got to the opportunity to work with such a a renowed 3-star hotel which has nurtured my skills in various phase. While in one part it aquatints me with the variety of negotiating skill with the variety with various elite clients.The negotiation involves face to face interaction or telephonic interactions, by sharing ideas and finally by giving satisfaction using the services of the hotel. Some choice in this hotel, are definitely speculation, yet from the experience of guidance to appeal numerous clients to this hotel, I find that these speculations did bear fruit.

I would say it was 6 months of time periods inspiration for me to keep creative mind thinking ,which in turn enabled me to get more day by day presentation keeps getting better and better.

It is an amazing experience to get absorbed in such well knitted post i.e. Business development executive and yes thumbs up for the training all over again.

I,Shekhar Chandel,studying in MBA 2nd semester,have been sent for training in WIPRO. There is something about WIPRO,which has made me remember it as a wonderful experience working here. This is one of the golden opportunity that Guru Gram has provided me in the 1st semester itself. Working with such a big organization has given me the chance to enlighten my skills in the corporate world.

I got a chance to interact with various people,thereby improving my communication & assertive skills. Althouh,the job is very hectic but on the other hand,I enjoyed every phase of my job that was quite challenging. I liked the OJT from the day one I started & understood this great job. I am satisfied by what was offered to me.
