MBA graduates are aplenty nowadays with certificates from different universities and for working professionals there are distance learning promised by IGNOU and many more institutions.There are many options which you can select.Some are executive MBA courses where you have to work on a certain project and get the approval of the concerned institution.Now how to get a career in IT MNCs?Have you ever thought about it? Here lies the real fun.If you have the MBA certificate of any university or institution other than the one these companies have a tie up, never expect any job in these firms even if you have a distinction or  better skills or experience than any of those candidates who pass out of such tied up institutes.You will never get a job in infosys,accenture or wipro if you are not an MBA graduate from so and so institute whichh has rapport with these MNCs.These firms only will absorb passouts from such institutions where the students pay an exhorbitant fee and get placed in such companies with less skills and practical experience.This truth is being revealed by many and it is all a game of money.Placement after you do the course promised by many institutes.Many candidates and experienced professionals are losing chances in building up their career in such MNCs just because of this rapport with such institutes.While experienced are thrown out of interviews,freshers will take up the jobs without any practical experience costing the company for no productivity.Where are these career minded professionals and what are these HR departments of certain companies upto? I read in a recent newspaper that employees in such MNCs who are in social networking sites will be scrutinised and monitored by HR personnel for placing comments.One of my friends recently mentioned that she is starting her own company.The reason she said is she is an MBA graduate with enough experience and skills who was searching jobs in MNCs. She was called in for face to face conversation where she never got selected.She opined that she do not want to go further why because she feels pity and disgusting to work under people who cannot speak good English or can even draft a mail properly without spelling or grammatical mistakes.All MBA graduates from hi-fi universities or  holding 2-3 certificates of so many courses. In karnataka illegal mining is at its peak right across our eyes and reach and Lok ayukta and the righteous are raising voice on it,why because tomorrow it will be difficult to breathe in fresh air if Reddys or yedyurappas control the natural resources itself. we may need their permission to breathe,drink water or(if rationing is not implemented for using water) or use the flora and fauna.Like that the whole career growth of each and every individual remain in the hands of HR personnel who are the tyrants who control the behaviour,time,nature of work and the decision makers of our own destiny.Do not try to outsmart them.You will not be placed anywhere.How pathetic!
