Tears rolled out of my eyes when I read youngsters are heart broken reading the articles of all including me posted in business and entrepreneurship. 

Lets analyze Srikanth Haritsya’s Blog

An entrepreneur should possess certain quality of a leader with followers.

All writers in the forums are trying their best to enlighten you on the need for developing qualities in you to succeed.

You can not point out one single article in these forums with out a message that can be left out with out learning.

My friend life is not bed of roses. All these years you are spoon fed. In the real world, if you do not develop the habit of reading, understanding and analyzing those thoughts with respect your individual issues, you will remain as an internet professional with out acceptance by the society.

Who taught you this nonsense?

Every manager is an entrepreneur with in an organization with respect to his given portfolio and is accountable for that independent profit centre.

Every Manager shall exhibit entrepreneurial qualities when he assumes the authority and responsibility of his given portfolio, such as administration, HR, production,Purchase, so and so forth.

Each department is an independent profit centre such that overall efficiency of organization and quality of the product is established. In the process, overheads and wasteful expenditure comes down, new ideas for cost reduction is practiced such that the quality product manufactures becomes competitive with Chinese or who ever may be it.

Better way to develop commonsense is using dictionary frequently.
