A bunch of billionaires. If you have an Management degree from top B school , one can atleast aspire to become CEO one day.

But, recently I came across a different kind of CEO . He may not be a billionaire but atleast he is a millionaire. And believe me people who see him everyday can never think he is millionaire.

He is a panipuri thelawala, a roadside vendor. He has 20 branches in the same city, it means he gives employment to 20 people on the monthly salary basis , ofcourse there is also incentive for who performs very well.

Besides performing the duty of CEO , he himself also sells rather than resting and enjoying the hardwork he has done on the past. He said " It's very important to have an interface with customer, so that he can understand how the taste of customer is changing and also to find out how he can bring certain changes in ingredients by talking more and more customer to make his product better i.e. continuous innovation."

At every 3 months, he takes out his employees for a small lunch and tell them if he has any innovative idea and also listens to their ideas.

His pricing strategy also changes from place to place , at the begining of any of his branch , he carries a low pricing strategy and bring it up to stnadard pricing only after it gains popularity.

He pays taxes also and also has an HR policy in place, he gives holiday list to his employees and even has other kind of leaves.

He believes employee retention is key in his business but generally big hotels latch on his talented employee.

But he doesn't believe in giving up , he keeps grooming new talent .

He has not studied after his class 8.

So, one doesn't always need to bell the CAT to become the CEO.
