Fresher(s) - Have they lost confidence or lost hope?
The recent boost in the economy sensed by the stable government at the center gave us a hint that recession is not going to stay long. And we were right. Things are said to be under control now.
What about fresher(s)? What about the high dreams that got shattered right in front of their eyes when they received a regret letter or mail that their joining has been delayed to rather canceled due to some technical and managerial issues that they don’t understand. Even worse, some talented and equally unfortunate minds eared the news that the very organization they were working for has ran away overnight and no longer exists! That must have sent a shiver down the spine!
So why I am speaking of all these stuffs now? Huh?
I am sure you must have witnessed better articles and editorials on them. The reality is that what we have found and realized may ask you to look for your thinking cap as well!
Fresher(s) have lost their confidence or rather say hope on the whole recruitment system or recruitment service providers. For them, they all are frauds and cheats luring them to shell out huge money in return of a favor!
The question is – “is this a good sign?”
There are agencies and departments in place to make sure things so smooth. Let me remind you of one. Haven’t you heard about the reports of the very reputed and notable organization highlighting the employability and caliber of the college pass outs?
Companies handpick them. And yet there is no check on the quality of education being delivered. New colleges/institutes are mushrooming every day claiming them to be the best and no. 1 in every aspect and simply adding to the not-so-talented or rather unemployable lot at the end of the day.
Why? Why are things ignored? Why are we doing this to our future – the future of this country? Why are they loosing their faith? Why?
