            Took up item no. 10 of the agenda and considered the application of Shri Ajay Kumar Tripathy (Justice), holder of Chamber no. 35 of Bar Council Bhawan, for making co-allottee of Chamber No. 35 to Sushila Agrawal, Advocate, Patna High Court. The application is allowed subject to clearance of all the dues in respect of Chamber No.35 up-to-date and Rs. 15,000/- fee of Co-allottee.

Sub:     Transfer of Chamber No.35 in my name.

Sir,

            I am a practicing advocate in the Hon'ble Patna High Court and was enrolled with the Bihar State Bar Council on 19.4.1999 vide Enrolment No.1956/99. I am also a member of the Advocate Association.

            The allottee of Chamber No.35 an advocate of Patna High Court in September, 2005 permitted me its use and occupation as co-allottee and has also permitted me to get it transferred in my name, after seeking permission from the Bihar State Bar Council.

            The chamber No.35 is in my use and occupation and I, therefore, request the council to kindly transfer the said chamber in my name. I undertake to deposit all the admissible charges for the transfer use and occupation of the said chamber for my professional purpose and I also undertake to adhere to all the rules and regulations and conditions laid down by the council for the said purpose, applicable to all the holders of the Chamber. I shall produce the consent letter of the original allottee, if so required. The No Objection of the Original Allottee is enclosed.
