Sir,

we are not inhabit to unnecessary criticize the activities of any Hon'ble Judge but conduct of some judges of Patna High Court has compelled us to make a complaint against them.

Justice Mihir Kumar Jha is violating their oath as provided in 3rd schedule of the Constitution of India and he is not working with duly and faithfully and to the best of ability, knowledge and judgment and also not

performing his duties of his office without fear or favour, affection or ill will, the chart enclosed with this mail will reveal this fact.

almost all cases of a particular lawyer has been dismissed only due to ill will.

it also pointed out that he is residing in his paternal house with his in laws practicing at Patna High Court and fees are being taken in the name of Hon'ble Judge by the said lawyer. therefore, it requires independent inquiry to verify this particular fact.

the orders passed by him in given cases can be seen on internet as other details are also being enclosed / attached separately. Therefore, all of you higher designatory are hereby requested to take suitable action after examining the Truth.

the Bar Councils are duty bound to protect  and safe guard the rights, privileges & interest of advocates who are on its roll as provided in section-6(d) of the Advocates Act, 1961.

it is also expected from the parliament, her Excellency, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India & Hon'ble Chairman’s of Bar Council of India & Bihar to recommend the matter to the competent authority for taking suitable action against the concerned judges because they better know "HOW TO DEAL WITH BAD

JUDGES".
