How to measure Success?

This thought might not give you answer but certainly it will give you boost

1.I am successful because I have achieved something.

2.I am getting good salary I am successful.

3.I am successful because I have top position in company.

If you are unsuccessful then only the thought of success should come in mind. Every body want success, means everybody is unsuccessful.

Feeling of unsuccessful road leads to success. Means success is just a feeling and nothing and it comes and go, it is momentary.

You got hike in salary. You are successful, until you complete just three months. Because just after three months our target would be  different.

You completed one project successfully.. Until you complete just one month. Just after one month everybody will look into other project.

Our memory is very less when we need to recognize others.

"I drive the car regularly to office without any accident” is the feeling of success, how successfully I drive the car !! .

Do we feel this regularly? No...

Yes we can feel this if we take part in car racing.

In my view we measure our success based on others success. How successful they are!!

Why we look into other's pocket?

Have we ever think, are we able to hold that success? We don’t think. Just because of ego, we say yes I can do this. We don’t want to accept it that we cannot do this.

We cannot learn swimming just by reading books. We have to dive into, and you cannot learn swimming until you are going to feel of drowning. So if you want to swim you should learn how to prevent drowning.

Why success we only relate with money? Does money makes man successfull? Then what do you think about our Inventor (C.V.Raman, Srinivasa Ramanujan etc..)

Are they millionaires? I don’t think so, but we still remember those guys.

Love and Enjoy your work and your people... is the feeling which is over and above successful/unsuccessful. If you perform your job without any fear of losing anything, you are successful.

Caution: HR... please do not treat this statement seriously  "that money is not everything". :)
