Innovation Dilemma
Very Innovative questions/thought about innovation!!!
1. Particular team is innovating because they are working in peculiar of project, where innovation is possible.
2. He/she is innovating because he/she is in particular team.
3. He/she is very young to innovate.
4. He/she is getting opportunity.
5. We are working in old and tired project.
6. We are working in support project where innovation is not possible.
7. Team members is not recognizing my innovation.
Above all thought or question in my view is escapist view. Innovation is boundary less, we are free to innovate anything, you don’t have to take approval or order to innovate.
I have seen couple of managers who order to innovate in his/her team.
Innovation cannot come through order, this is mindset. If you want to innovate.. you will innovate, whether anybody is giving attention or not. Doesn’t matter.
If you waiting of anyone attention then you cannot innovate. This is passion.
I have seen some innovators who innovate in writing simple piece of code. I have seen innovation in simple worker, who work for day and night and get certain amount. Even that amount is not enough to run his family. He does not care.
Hard work and passion is key to innovation. Please do not try to do any work just for the sake of innovation. Love your work; love the people you will automatically innovate.
For beginners explore the world and people, not just by travelling, read the book/internet.
You will get enough information.
For managers I believe innovation will enter in your team and their mindset, if you have belief in your team and members. Open the cage of your order. Choose people who really have different thought and let him/her explore. Automatically others will be effected like virus.
Please don’t think you cannot innovate or somebody is holding you to innovate.
You are responsible for your good and bad, please do not blame others.
