Active Meditation modern path to Spirituality
Many people are interested in becoming spiritual in their lives as they have some idea about spirituality, that it is heavenly and closely related to religion. In fact, there are people who say that they are spiritual but not religious. We come across a lot of such people; this is because spirituality spans a larger picture as compared to religion. Spirituality has no rigid rules like forcing women to cover their face with veil, not going out for work and similar over-conventional rules imposed on women belonging to some religions. Spirituality is all about freedom, it has no limits and it is free from rigid and stereotype rules.
Spirituality encourages you to be yourself, which is facilitated by connecting you to your soul which however is your true identity. It enables a person to plan, act and live according to your true style and personality governed by your soul rather than your mind. This is accomplished through meditation which is most effective way of silencing your mind and training you to listen to the voice of your soul. There exists more than a few techniques for practicing meditation which include deep breathing exercises, active, dynamic and transcendal meditation. Currently, a lot of people are inclined towards doing active meditation which was introduced by renowned spiritual guru named Rajneesh Osho to provide his disciples with modern path to spirituality.
