Employee motivation is a hot topic. We all know that employee motivation drives productivity. But   

 how do you keep employees motivated? Well, in my opinion, companies can do very little to motivate you. Why? Because true motivation begins when we are internally driven.

 But the organization is the main body which helps or boost the employees consciences with very little affords, and that is to give their employees the opportunity to become someone they were never before.

An environment that is conducive to learning and offers opportunities for growth is what creates lasting motivation.

THE IDEA OF ORGANIZATION EXPLOITATION MAY BE AN EFFECTIVE TOOL TO SUSTAIN THE EMPLOYEES INTEREST IN JOB AND MOTIVATE THEM.

I have heard people say they feel that the company is exploiting them. They may be right. And some form of exploitation will always exist. But I have always had a different point of view. And it is this: We have the power to exploit any company instead of ALLOWING them TO exploiting us.

IDENTIFY THE MOST CRITICAL TASK WHICH NOBODY WANT TO DO,BUT ONLY WHEN IF YOU ARE ENOUGH CONFIDENT AND SKILLED.

LEARN EACH AND EVERY MINOR THINK  ABOUT THAT DEPARTMENT/JOB/TASK.

IDENTIFY THE OPPORTUNITIES WHICH ARE DIRECTLY OFFERED BY THE ORGANIZATION OR UNSEEN AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM.

ESTABLISH A HEALTHY RELATION WITH THE DEPARTMENTS OR TEAMS.

ASK FOR MENTOR OR SUPERVISION.

BE PROACTIVE.
