WHY INDIA STILL A DEVELOPING COUNTRY

Administration Officer
See interview of Saba Hussain
we have all the resources whether its natual or man made. industries are also touching its hights. the piont of discussion is that why INDIA is still a developing country.

the factors which insure the development of the county are-

1-social equality

2-education

3-employment

social equality- exploitation of democracy is the right of our indians. we treat lower class people as slave. inequality in flow of income is the main reason of social discrimination and inequality. the main HR issue in construction and manufacturing industries is low wages discrimination between men and women wokes. exploitation of workers, no safety and security no insurance no food facility even they are not getting their daily meels, and paid income is unable to meet the basic need.

education- know india is the hub of education and the quality of education is also improved new and new innovations and advancement are introducing day by day, india is one of the most competitive county in world where engineers, doctors, professionals are available in uncountable numbes.but unemployment is the main problem of us. becouse of the quality of education.

unemployment-its the burning problem of present days, a lage potion of indian popu;lation is uneducated but the educated people also facing the same poroblem.their are number of manufacturing and construction industries which are labour based but poverty prevailing in a wider range.

india's GDP is near about 7.2% and the contribution of various sector in GDP is as follows-

agreculture-17%

industries-29%

service -54%

near about 72% population inhabit in rural areas and more then 52% poulation depands on agreculture, but the total contribution of agriculture in GDP is only 17% which is really shamefull for a country for which agriculture is called backbone of the economy. what is the reasult of government initiatives in agriculture, why in the era of techonology india framers using old or traditional equipments, why small anr poor framers are not benefited with the latest techonology if we really want to increase the agreculture contrebution in GDP gov. mast take same initiative for them.

but the important feature which hold the india as a developing country and does't let us grow is the attitude of indians nothing alse. the think which create the difference between developed and developin country is the difference in the attitude of the people of that country.

we always walk with the crowed we never believed on our selves. selection of wrong person as leader we don't ever think for the benefit of our society we always consider our benefits. we never try to follow rules and ragulations and we think its against our reputation, crime which dosn,t have any limit and we assume its our right. and its true we cant be developed if we don't improved our attitude. attitude is the factor which affect indirectly all the activity becouse its our attitude behind our action and decisions if we improve it we can remove social inequality to some extand and can grow the status of education and employment.
