Our strength is our people, which is more than 1 billion. We have to really look at ourselves and ask what I will do today for my country in a positive way. If everybody is going to be thinking for our country's welfare, we will be definitely in the top nations in the world.

There are some key areas which need to be concentrated.

1. Education System
2. Job Availability
3. Entrepreneurship
4. Commitment to the job
5. Help the poor

Education System

We need to create a new generation, which cares about India. I request the students who may read my blog, not indulge in the politics at schools and colleges to the extreme level causing terror among the other students and destroying public property and even schools or college property. Students often says "Oh, today was strike at college". And if we ask them what was the reason of the strike, they may not have an answer. This is the story of a typical rural college, most of the days, in Kerala. And what happens if you get classes at college (when there is no strike), only a few students may be present in the class, teacher may have came today for his lecture or may be he/she is in leave.

This situation is a disaster. I request the new generation of students to please try to learn from the good things and good people, doesn't matter where they from or what their background is. I would strongly recommend to learn from some of the better persons in the world and get inspired.

• Steve Jobs - Marketed First PC (1984) in its today's form for the first time in history, try to read his biography and view his videos.
• Bill Gates - For the first moment it comes into our minds, "Oh! that software guy"
• Larry Page & Sergy Brin - Founders of google (toppest search engine company). They have developed it in their garage.

Job Availability

The biggest problem been faced by new generation is non availability of jobs of their desire. Most people get jobs in the wrong fields. As I am a keralite, I've some knowledge of the situation here in Kerala. People in Kerala are dying for getting government jobs. I will mention my experience, I work in a private software firm, goes daily to office and keeps the quality of a good employee. But lots of people ask me regularly "have you got any job?" This question click twice in my brain. I says, what?? I am already employed. Government job is a Final Destination for Keralite's society. They think future will be more secure if you are in a government job.

Things need to be changed. Everybody has to understand Indian Government is not capable of providing 1 Billion jobs currently. We have to look for getting inspired by great personalities such as "Steve Jobs". They have created their own way.

Entrepreneurship

India is strongly in need of good entrepreneurs, who are not afraid of their future and should have the capability and capacity of applying things they have in their thoughts. Everyone needs to have a vision, an inspiring mind and a good nature. India is doing good in Business, that indicates that we are not that bad in entrepreneurship. We have Narayana Murthi of Infosys, Dhirubhai Ambani of Relience Industries and so on. But that is not enough. This kind of improvement has to be developed more deeper areas of India. People need to think about it in a good sense and try to build good entrepreneurs.

Commitment to the Job

This message is for the new generation. Please try to give 100% commitment to the job you are doing. I am not telling about the private job holders, because you will be out of the company if you are not doing a good job their. This is for the peoples who will be posted in future as government employees. I am not complaining against our govt. employees, but things really need to be improved. Most of the offices in Kerala are vacant if we reach their even at 11 o' clock in the morning or in the evening. I have seen some persons, who are doing insurance canvasing for the private insurance companies in their duty time in Village Office. Some take long leave and go for some other job. That vacancy remains thier and may be filled by some temperory employees. I like to mention one of my experience, since I had my college in a rural area, power failure happens almost of the days. Then one night power failed (unfortunately that was previous night to my University Practical test), i called up the electricity board, somebody took my phone. I informed them the power failure at our place. What they replied me was shocking to me. They said - "There is less chances that electricity will came today night, light up a candle and sleep well". I said in my mind Oh! God, then i disconnected the phone. I don't dare to see this kind of situation in future. So please be commited to your job.
