In our working life, we do get dissatisfied with various aspects of working-maybe with the attitude of the manager, working conditions or behavior of colleagues .It is perhaps because of the fact that what we may have perceived we might not have find the same .Perception is the process in which we pick up information through our senses, organize it and assign it meaning according to our area of interest and in reality if the meaning is different we are stressed out .So it is important to learn few fact regarding corporate world before perceiving anything .Lets learn some interesting fact regarding corporate Language, lets read them and analyze how close they are to the reality .

"You have done a great job" means "More work to be given to you"
"We are working on it" means "We have not yet started working on the same"
"Tomorrow first thing in the morning" means "Its not getting done... At least not tomorrow!".
"After discussion we will decide- I am very open to views" means "I have already decided, I will tell you what to do"
"There was a slight mis-communication" means "We had actually lied"
