3 Presents For Betterment Of The Cities And Sub-cities By NAMO
Recently published in different dailies the report of 3 gifts from the Prime Minister of India---the first one is AMRUT ( Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation); the second one is Smart Cities Mission; and the third one Housing for All.
Mr. Modi has told that from this time, the private property developers would no longer be the decision maker for the project, but there would be residents and city leadership for that purpose. Mr. Narendra Modi rightly commented-- “Every year Hindustan gives birth to a small country”.
Development schemes For Urbanites
The Prime Minister's perspective is that the cities should be responsible for the growth of themselves. Without the co-operations of the city, the central government is unable to process the plans smartly.
There would not be any third party between the project holder and the city leadership except propert developers. NAMO evidently remarked: “ Through AMRUT, the aim of the Government is to give cities themselves the chance to plan their future growth”
Smart Cities Mission
Stressing on the aspirations of migration from the rural regions to the urban for a better livelihood, it has been transparent that the government policies are coming for the betterment of the migrants or slum dwellers.
Commuting is one of the most crucial problems for the engrossed population in the cities. Taking it account, the Prime Minister said--- “ There should be facility for walk-to-work because today a person spends maximum time in travelling to office and gets very little time to work”
Housing scheme For All
Whatever the present government is planning is the best activity, having the immense positive effects on the living style of the individuals of the country. We can see the three states which has given some role models in different fields of the growth such as Hydrabad in the world of Tax Collection System, Chattisgarh in the field of eradicating open defecation, and Karnataka's efforts for solid waste management system.
Providing “ Roti, Kapda, Makan” is the main motive for the government in the next seven years. Near about 2 crore housing units would be given for those who are living in slum areas or are homeless.
So, we see a better India in the coming days, only if the present government would work efficiently and all the plans would be fruitfully worked.
