With ever increasing population in cities/towns and prevalent traffic congestions it is a must that we have Mass road/rail transport system. Most of the metro cities in India have a good rail and road transportation system. It is the time that these systems should also be established in other non metro cities for mass transportation.

Traffic congestions have become part of life for people in most of the towns/cities. This is mainly due to increase of population and partly due to increase in use of individual vehicles (four wheelers) especially by office goers and business people. use of personal vehicles can attributed to lack of faith in public or mass transport systems. State and central Governments have to comeup with campaings to increase awareness of how we can eliminate traffic congestions/pollution by using safe public transport and at the same time they need improve their standards by following strict timings.
