It happens  as India is open its market for Foreign Investment and Global market due to Goverment  policies of Liberalization and Globlization. But it is also true that when Multicrocres or million rupees had entered into Indian markets it had also generated middlemen , Brokers, corporate lobbing, media interference and Man money management.

Man money management is the process where every thing can be managed by money power weither it is Business, Industies, Ministers, Beaurocrats and also the Goverment Policies and Rules.

As the transaction are in crores or in Millions or in billions the Scams should also be  very high in Crocres, in Millions and in Billions. Example 2G Scam, Coal Scam,Common Wealth game Scam, Adarsh Ghotala etc. etc.  

But an common Indian people come to know all these facts by the help of News Channels , News papers, and through Media information provided to them but their are many Scams which are  managed by man money management and these will never open anyways.

So it is said that where  Liberlization and Globlization are helping any country to grow and develop but the set back of this open market comes as an effect as a Scams also, in short we can say that Multicrores Scams are Gift of Liberlization and Globlization.
