Delhi is the Capital of India where security for VVIP, VIP, Foreign guest, Embassies is required becoz they are crucial people and place but at the same time People of India, a common man, poor people are also citizen of India, their security is also important and responsibility for Delhi Police and Government.

It is seen that the Women are very soft target of Criminals, Rapist and anti social elements so more security is required for women. a small mistake of Police makes a big news for Media. The recent happenings of  Delhi Rape case is burning news from many days.The Entire nation is asking for Justice and Death sentence for rapists.

The police lathi charged on protestors is also an un legal  activities of Police department where they had used power against peace full protestors at India Gate in which all are college girls and boys of Delhi and JNU Universities, NGO,visitors,tourists.

Police Reform and amendments in law is required in India becoz the laws are very old (British made laws) which are not applicable in free Indian Democracy.

The Police Department has to work a lot for improvement in the Police System than only a citizen of India specially a women will be safe in Indian cities,metros and on small towns.
