Today: 05-April-2013 - What's so special about this date? Well not special for anybody else for the same reason I feel special about this date. I may not be happily jumping with joy and screaming at the top of my view "Yes I did it" but I do feel that way from within. I am sure many would agree with me on this they would have gone through these emotions in their life. Reasons? First Love!! or may be first job. Did we ever wonder why we keep getting skeptic about being happy as we grow old? Is it the sense of insecurity and the state of not being sure? Has this fear being instigated in us by our culture? Could we blame them? Probably not anymore if you actually live the moment as it is supposed to be. What do I mean by saying "Supposed to be lived"? Well you decide, I am sure we all have different ways of enjoying.
Aren't you still wondering why the date is so special? Qualifying the first round of MBA World Trophy 2013 and being invited to Dublin for the next level of competition. I don't know what the results are going to be and whether we as a group will be successful in convincing a Venture Capitalist to invest in our business. Could we actually win the trophy? What if nothing significant happens? Should we settle down saying "At least it was a good learning experience"? More than thinking about these I am currently enjoying the moment, yes every bit of it. I am loving the "sweat" that is shed in the process. Remember the common saying: Journey is the best game ever. Yes now you know what I am so pleased.
16-April-2013 - Here I am sitting in a MBA class for "Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation" module where are struggling hard to put through the entrepreneurial mindset, the finances, VCs, work-life balance and the list goes on.....
Could you actually teach entrepreneurship and specially by academics? I will leave it you to think on it. As per my opinion, there could only workshops on entrepreneurial ventures and help aspiring  Entrepreneurs to get their venture going and force them sit in the class and learns tools and techniques. They are trying to categorise entrepreneur or rather struggling to categorise.
Is there going to be time when we have more employers than employees? Well that would be out the unemployment of the world at 0%... let us come out of this dream world.
Next, we had a group of serial entrepreneurs talking about work-life balance and how Women struggle a lot while trying to balance between the ever-demanding entrepreneurial environment. Should that or does that stop women from being the owner of their own and their business?
I would drift myself from Entrepreneurship to politics here. But aren't both these environments similar. Shouldn't we ask ourselves, why we still have such small population of Women in politics.
Could we not have a training department under every state government for training women on politics or more positively social entrepreneurship?

I am sure many would have gone through this thought before. But is there a way that women could be at charge and actually start doing that actually leaving the control on other? Isn't caring about the next generation one of our responsibilities? Wouldn't many mothers agree that for their child to have a better future, the society as a whole needs to be improved?

With this thought.. I am signing off.. and will come back later with few more insightful questions.
