In a latest decision, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to take heavy bags off tender shoulders.

It was nice to read about reducing weight off the tender shoulders, but will it be followed seriously by all the schools across the country ?

Whenever I see these kids going to schools with heavy bags over their backs, my heart aches for them, for carrying so- much, physically as well as mentally. !!

Are we giving right kind of education and training to these kids ? or are we just giving them a practice to duck under pressure?

In fact, its one of the so many reasons, where a child is loosing its childhood at a very young age of life.

Today, its time for all of us to think about 'what change we would like to make in the everyday-life of a child'.

Today's children are more capable, willing, mature than that of earlier-days, but it looks like their childhood is getting shorter day by day!!
