Just now we all have seen the collapse of many corporate giants and the scandals in the corporate world. So who is accountable? Is it the Corporate culture or the human brain behind the scene? Now it's time to think over the issue of "Individual Social Responsibility(ISR)".

Millions of people have lost their jobs because of downsizing but nobody is willing to take on the responsibilty of those job cuts. So, the time has come that everyboby should do their job properly with a sense of responsibilty and accountibility towards the society. The honesty at work, the ethics that is tought in B-schools should not be only a matter of book but it should be implemented in the real corporate life of every individual.
