Re-opening of the case against Narendra Modi
This is a great news that the case has been reopened against Narendra Modi but the point is that why always before the election the Modi term comes into play.For the time being consider that Modi is the culprit in post Godhra Case, then why the fast track court was not made earlier, why sudden decision.
The another side of the coin is that if the people and court is so much concerned about the post Godhra then why all are not concerned about the Godhra case.In our country the justice is done so late that its of no use at the later stage.Delayed justice is equivalent to injustice.
Whoever is the culprit, he/she must be punished but this case should not be always coined during the election times. If the person who is involved in the post Godhra case is a culprit then the person who was involed in the Godhra case is equivalently culprit and both must be dealt seriously. Why all politician and all are only concerned about the Post Godhra Case.All knows its because of the minority vote. Stop deviding the society, dear all. A culprit is a culprit and he/she should not be dealt in a manner to take any political benifit. This will further devide the society more and more and at the later stage this cannot be corrected.
Hence, what I suggest is that take action in a proper way and do not target a particular person or party. A person or a party who takes profit of these things are as well culprit and they are the biggest culprit as they are trying to devide the society and they must be dealt severly.So, honourable Supreme Court is requested that case must be registered against those persons as well who are taking profit out of any controversial case and they must be improsined as per National Security Law which will be the greatest example and will stop dividing the society.In this way we can make our country the real Secular Country.
