Terrorism is the greatest threat for emerging India and it will become major impediment on the way of becoming super power. As the citizen of India we can not always say that by becoming tolerant to terrorism will not solve our purpose. We have to fight against that. The whole world is seeing that India is booming. We will face many obstacles to maintain our growth. We can not blame alone to politicians and police for this. We all are equally responsible for this. It will be better if we can understand this as soon as possible fight against repulsive forces.

Being a responsible citizen I’m writing regarding everybody’s responsibilities whatever is coming to my mind. All the suggestions are welcome.

Action for government or political parties

1) All the parties should take hardest possible actions against terrorists. They should not look at their religion. Vote bank politics should be totally stopped.

They should understand that they can’t win from vote from one religion. For example if they are thinking that if the terrorist is from Muslim community and if they are taking action against him then there will be scarcity of Muslim vote for them. Then they are wrong at their thinking. Terrorists are of no religion. Now public know everything. Muslim community will have no denial if a terrorist from their community is getting harsh treatment.

2) In stead of politicizing all the parties should work towards terrorism. There should be no blame game.

3) We have to take our own decision. As an independent country we have to exercise our rights. We can not depend on US decision. If US is facing similar problem whether they are listening to anybody before taking action on another country? I am not saying we have to go and attack Pakistan immediately. We have to think tactfully and take our own decision. Important thing is we have to think out of box solution and there are many wise brains in our country who can guide government to take best possible decision. If required they should form an advisory board for that. Because I’m sorry to say that many of our leaders are not wise enough to take some decision.

3) Prevention is better than cure. I agree, we have a huge country and it’s difficult to proper security plan in place. But by saying that we should not think nothing can be done for prevention. First thing is to strengthen our intelligence services.That should be an independent body should not be motivated by political parties. Our police force needs to be improved in big extent. Because they are not equipped with modern amenities to confront terrorists and they should be well trained. Now only Army and NSG can confront them. First of all they have to develop good attitude to fight against terrorism as well.

4) There should a proper security plan in place and there should be routine check ups.

5) All the state government should act equally on terror. They should not ignore security alerts and make sure that it is happening at all levels.

6) There should be a proper coordination among foreign, home and defense ministry.

7) As we know terrorism basically comes from our neighboring country, we have to take strong steps on that. If they need evidences we have to provide them and force them for corrective action. If Pakistan is saying that government is not responsible for this terror act but it might have done by any terrorist group from Pakistan then we should ask them for joint operation. If they don’t have capability to eradicate terrorists from their land we can send our forces to locate terrorist camps and fight again terrorists without making any harm on general public. As they are saying they are going to support us then they should accept this decision.

8) India’s law is too soft to handle terrorism. We have to take drastic step against these extremists. After getting information from them it’s better to kill them in stead of keeping in prison. Again they will do some terror act and will ask for their fellow terrorist friends.

Action for people of India

1) First of all every citizen should feel that they are a proud Indian. County should come first not religion. If somebody is doing terror act he is of no religion and he has to be treated badly.

2) Nobody should take bribe to facilitate these terror jobs. Who is doing this act they are equally responsible for terrorism in the county and they should be treated like terrorists. Our history says we have always done this in past .We have helped British to rule our county in similar fashion. Please don’t help terrorists.

3) Everybody should be equally alert and they should inform to police if they found some susceptive things.

4) I think some kind of army training should be made compulsory at school level which enables everybody to do self defense.
