Jamea Tus Salehat in mess
In a significant development in 2006, the management of jamea, which includes all the above distingished personalitie, took an important decision. They decided to introduce for the first time in the 60 years history of Jamea, the retirement policy for employees.
The important points of this policy are:
1. No pension will be paid to the retired employee.
2. No one from the management will ever be retired, although almost all of them have crossed the retirement age.
3. No male employee will be retired.
4. Only female employees, working in school will get retired. This means that employee of boarding will get spared.
This policy is against the very basics of Islamic. It's basied and reflects how a few vested interests can tarnish the image of Islam. My question is why only female teaching staff is being asked to get retired? Why not the male employee? Why management is being spared? Although most of the management comprises of Non-gradutes, why arent' they asked to quit?
Answers lies in the mean mentally of the present whole sole caretaker of Jamea. He being the only literate person in the management, excersices complete control over it. He doesn't want new talent to get into the working of Jamea. It's being said that he is nuturing his son for the post of Nazim and that's why also he doesn't want anyone to join Jamea who can object to this illict move. Jamea is run under a trust and its ownership is not heriditary.
In the name of Retirement policy, he eliminated all the opposition in way of his ill natured designs. The longest serving principal of Jamea, Mrs Rafia Shamsi Sahiba was retired on this pretax. While it's being rumoured that the Vice-Principal (who was also retired along with her) is to be re-induced into hostel.
It's an open question to Yusuf Islahi Sahab what is all this? What are the lesson that you have learned from the colapse of Markazi Darsgarh Islami, Rampur? This institute has lost all its glory under you. Why are you up against Jamea now?
