A wise man's dilemma
A Wise man’s dilemma
The over all market recession started from Western countries and today the whole world is witnessing the hard times not exceptionally only
By and large the low sales are reflecting the sluggish mode which has created panic feelings in the minds of end-users and also the sense of loosing confidence with respect to their careers in terms of job security.
Real estate in India would bring in lot of customized projects to cater to the need of endusers.By and large the majority of people are still landless, shelter less and are working positively harder so that they can procure badly needed homes for their safe stay, apart from food and clothing..
A common man who needs to live a peaceful life, essentially needs three things namely food, clothes and shelter. The first two said items are easily available but incase of owning a home of his choice, is the first and foremost priority for any individual in this universe. Majority of his earnings are being saved for the dream home in his life time.
According to this current scenario though the realty selling is slow, but buyer’s demand is more. It is true that the needy people are not coming forward to buy homes. Reasons are, the price could come down further and also the concern about the safety of their careers. Builders are ready to supply good and affordable housing, with reasonable price along with Value Added Services, But this unhealthy vacuum at present, may lead to huge gaps between demand and supply, being influenced by the market and the buyers. This may result in all future projects being put on hold, or postponed to a later date. This in turn will have a cascading effect, wherein the demand is more and supply is less. Eventually, when the housing is made available, the market would be stronger and the buyers will be forced to buy at higher prices, than that are existing now.
A wise mans decision could be to buy homes now with reasonable price as the builders are positive enough to give some sops for the prospective buyers during the festive seasons, and also avail bank funding at the cheaper interest rates. I am of the opinion that this is the opportune time to buy properties or else he will end up paying fancy prices to buy his dream homes at a later stage, which is not too far away.
