IBMR students find a place in the best of Indian and Global corporates and are equipped to script their own success stories. IBMR students have done the institution proud by scaling new heights of success in their careers in companies across the country.

Terms and conditions for Placements

Every applicant will be assessed for his/her Knowledge, Attitude and Skills and advised for specific Training Programs.
Training Programs help students in their personality development and confidence to face Interviews.
Every applicant will get the opportunity to face at least 3 Interviews.
Success in the Interviews will depend entirely on the performance of the applicant.
Once placed, the applicant must conform to the rules of the company with required documents.
Once placed, the applicant will pay 75% of the first month's Salary to SEEDS.
Any Student desiring to be placed will register under the Placement Division by paying the appropriate Fee.
In case the applicant quits the Company within 6 months to I year, SEEDS will not assist the applicant a second time.

Training Programs

Knowledge related, Attitude related and Skill related Training Programs will be conducted through in- house and external agents and a Certificate will be issued.
