John and Jamesh was very good friend from a long time. Both were working in a explosive factory. One day there were a accident happened in factory. Due to some mistake of John, Phasforshe catched fire and the whole factory was covered under fire. Many has died and many became handicap. Jamesh and John both have lost their vision But Jamesh did not know the status of John. The managment had given them some compenstaion. John was married and he was staying very near to Jamesh house. They have spent some good time and still they are in touch with each other even after accident.

One day John invite Jamesh on dinner with his family. In beginning the Jamesh refused to come but after insisting by John so much he got agree to attend the party for dinner.

The party was very good and his friend delighted him with welcome and hospitality. The blind man was very happy and he thought he is very lucky because he has a friend like this.

At the end of dinner his friend ask him to stay at there only because the weather was no so good and it was late night also. The blind man refused his friend request to stay by saying that I am a blind man and for me it will not be matter whether it’s a day or night.

After listen this his friend asked him to go but with a Lanterns ( Laltain). He got angry and asked his friend why he is trying to make him fool. For him what is the use of lanterns in night.

John feel very bad bcoz Jamesh was having doubt on his friendship. He told Jamesh, dear friend I do not want to hurt you. This lantern is for the others and the light may protect you from any accident. Yes you can not see but other can see you.

Jamesh realised his mistake and he asked sorry to John.

On the road Jamesh suddenly hit by a another guy. He fell down on the road and shouted " Hey! I am blind man and are you also". The guy got surprised and asked on what basis he is telling like this. Jamesh show him the lantern which he was holding in his hand. The guy laughed loudly and said" Boss, this lantern was not lighted".

Jamesh feel shame and ask sorry to that guy. He made a call to John and explain the whole incident. John I can not see but you can dear. You have to take care whether lantern was lightned or not.

John expalined that as weather was not good so that lantern would have lost its light due to weather,in his way. So you just wait there I will come and light it again.

While talking with John on phone Jamesh heard " Papa the lantern was not lightened when Jamesh uncle went from home"

After listen all this Jamesh cut the call then and there. He was very upsat beacuse he felt that his friend made him fool.

He decide not to wait for John and start his journey.

On other side John felt very bad and he asked his son why he did not inform him about this thing at that time.

He decide to expalin the thing to jamesh but call was just disconnected. He asked is wife to come with him to help Jamesh.

After some time John reached at that place but he did not find Jamesh over there. He asked his wife to go to Jamseh home.

When John reach at Jamesh home, he shocked to know that Jamesh has done suicide and in his suicide letter he has written the reason for his suicide.

Jamesh has writen that nothing was wrong but yes now I know the truth.

After reading the letter John felt very sad and he wishperred " Friend its not mean that every thing is right"

We both became handicap after explosion and company gave us compensation. I was supervisor and you were labour. You know that was my mistake and due to that many has lost their lives. I was in great deprestion at that time. In last my wife asked me and help me to come over that situation.

Later on I have decide to help you bcoz you have lost your vision just bcoz of that accident. I never ever want to tell you about me bcoz if I have told you than you will never show your anger on me. You would have pitty on me and vise varsa which I did not want.

By the time our friendship grow and we have spent some good time. However I know that you have always some doubt on me because of that accident.

Now I came here to tell you the truth that I am also blind. But I do not know how and who has told you about this. Suddenly the telephone rang John picked the phone and asked who is this? To know who is other side John i understand the whole thing. When his wife asked what happen. John told Murphy ( John's son) has given call to Jamesh to explain the things about Lantern.

I am sorry friend I have tried my level best to compensate my error. Yes I agree that the accident happened just bcoz of me. The air conditioner was nbot working properly and even though i was working in that room. Due to sweat Phasphorash cath fire. It was just a mistake and misfotune.

But you never forgive me and always have doubt on me. As and when you came to know the truth you did not face the truth. Earliar you should have come to know that I was not wrong.

You have taken wrong step dear now everything is not right How can I forget you. You have not given me second chance to let you know the situation.

Here nobody was on wrong side. In life anybody can make mistake so no need to make Vilan means nothing is wrong other than situation. But its not mean that everybody is hero. For example John son has tried to explain the things on behalf of his father but see what result came out. Murphy was not the right person to explain the situation he was just a kid and he can not be hero in this story. He has to understand the situation. This was a matter between his father and Jamesh and they can solve the their problems but in hurry he has taken wrong step. That's why in last John said that everything is not right bcoz of Murphy wrong decision Jamseh has loosed his life.
