As I think that government focus should be on empowerment of rural youth specially women because by the influence of western culture they have been confused, they are not able to decide what they should do, what not. They dreamed big but they are not able to evaluate himself – which profession, carrier and path are suitable for them and unfortunately in some cases parents are not able to guide in the lack of knowledge/information and some time they misguide by the friends and surroundings that why they choose wrong path and after facing failure in frustration they addicted by the drugs and in some cases they become the criminals or terrorist.

In this scenario need arises to setup some career counseling centers at PANCHAYAT LEVEL to guide them in choosing right path by holding psychological test – in relation of skill, interest, personality, creativity etc.

And today changing scenario motivate them not only focusing on government jobs but also for taking challenge to generate jobs for rural India by entrepreneurial attitude. As now most of the Indian business family focusing on Rural India by generating job and establishing local center in small city so no need to move toward metropolitan city because its creating imbalance in the society so in spite moving and settling down in big city better to search best opportunity in his home town and thinks to use your creativity and knowledge for layman by helping out them to find bread and butter for them and his family.
