It is a prerequisite for all decent existence to be pinned down by harmony. Absence of harmony destroys, disrupts, angers in mock collection. For the creative mind, sensitive to all aspects of existence, this most common mode is certainly a much desired prerequisite.

I have wondered how others have existed with their own mode destroyed and vanquished. A state when nothing grows beyond the natural. It troubles me to witness ugliness and noise, deceit and unprofessionalism but …

Then I wonder why we are brought in to this world. Are we here because of our shortcomings and our life to be spent in repairing them. Or are we here merely by chance and now that we are here, lets repair ! There is definite confusion on this and it is best left so. Any attempt to resolve the malaise shall only help in increasing it.

But it is worth a ponder - even past midnight !!

The premier of ‘Raavan’ is now on at London on the 16th of June at 7 pm .. and that is all the information I have as of now. It had been settled, then cancelled, and now its on again. And now it looks like all of us shall be able to attend it. For the entire family to be together again is joy, particularly so when the grandchildren shall be there as well. Grandchildren ?? They are grand aunts and uncles now even at their modest ages of 13 and 8.

This is the modern age. People think fast, talk faster and forget even faster !

I notice from the media the trial on course for the Bhopal Gas tragedy victims. There is huge debate and consternation at the end result of those convicted for this chemical disaster. The courts have given a punishment to those involved in the Union Carbide management a jail term of 2 years. The public and most concerned voices show discontent. 15, 000 dead and hundreds suffering the after effects of the leak, and only 2 years in jail for the management of the Company !!? They are all in absolute shock on the outcome - an outcome after 25 years have passed when the disaster occurred. They are out on the streets in protest and the pain of such act is to be felt to be believed. I see the electronic media drumming up support for those they feel have been unfairly treated. And the strength of the media along with an act that no one can deny is horrendous, shall garner enough of it to perhaps get the victims better justice.

Its a long wait for justice, but one does not mind the justice or how long it will take, so long as justice is done. The people here feel it has not been done fairly and voice their opinion on it too.

Whenever it is time to think a response for a question that you put up, it may take some time. But waiting is never a neglected force. One can wait for years for justice to prevail.

The World Cup Football fever has now pitched itself beyond repair. Teams from different countries have descended on South Africa and the betting and madness of this event is all over. Every second person has an opinion on the final victor. Teams from Brazil and Argentina seem to have caught the fancy of us all.. but without a doubt their is always a hidden agenda for those that put their money in it. There is keenness for a group that wishes to be there in the midst of it all to feel the punch of entertainment and game. My home enthusiasts … well just one … Mr Abhishek Bachchan has expressed his absolute desire to be there for the final. I know where this is coming from. A WC Final in Los Angeles many years ago between Italy and Brazil - what a dream match - had instigated such interest. And we all just got up and left for the United States of America to attend this great pairing off.

Maybe that was an impulsive act, but one that we never regretted. Then it was I that had suggested that we go, now it is Abhishek that is doing so. Sometimes it is difficult to refuse a good offer, especially when it comes from one of your own !!

It remains in limbo ..
