As you may have observed, I have since shifted to Paris this morning ; whizzing past the lovely countryside on EuroStar again.

I write to you a little early because the rest of the day shall be busy and involved.

A dear friend of mine sent me this film that you see as a web link on the post. I wanted so much for all EF to see it and so here it is. Thank you all for the numerous suggestions that you took the trouble of extending to me as to how this web link could be viewed. I finally gave it to my server and they did it within seconds.

The notice of concerted tutorials on the technicals of such an operation, came through to me pretty strongly. I appreciate their desire and intent to educate me. And I promise that I shall.

Thank you also for correcting the business about MAC store ! Yes of course, it is the Apple Store and recession or not it is the busiest location in the whole of London. At least someone’s happy - to take from a comment in the daily press in London after the Government had announced fresh tax structures for the public. Vehemently opposed by all, the paper had cynically written “Well, at least its sunny !”

An observation on the recent spell of sunshine over the Isles and not necessarily on people’s pockets !!

I am here to discuss creative possibilities of a recitation of my Father’s poetry at one of Paris’s most prestigious theatre, by the Champs .. An idea put forward to me by a creative production head here in France. Let us see how this progresses.

Oh ! And driving from one meet to the other I rush my driver for a quick take away - a pizza ! And what do you know. He informs me that the pizza was first made and discovered in France, not Italy !! Hmmm…

Is that a fact or a part of the continuous artistic and aesthetic rivalry between the two countries ?

And, hey !! There is mention in the comments that I always talk immodestly about how non-Indian fans keep appearing at places I visit. Making it sound as though I deliberately talk of foreign interest in me to make me look important !

No sir ! That is so completely wrong. The intention is to draw attention to the fact that Indian Cinema is continuously breaking fresh International ground. It is an expression of surprise, not a gloating that commentator makes it out to be..

But really, the topic of discussion should harbor on the film on blog. I am not making any comment on it to save destruction of the viewing.
