ORIGINAL TRINITY
Original Trinity
For those of us with an active living philosophy of buddha health, we have come to balance daily life, with joy, goodness and harmony, through balance in our living. Health requires an understanding of the vital life force that provides the eternal connection and balance between the Physical, Mental and Spiritual aspects of our BE-ing.
Three Properties
We possess Three finite properties of Health: our first property is conscious communication with the eternal universal Law, Lotus Sutra, Chap. 2, p. 64, our physical practice. Let's meditate on these two vital words; conscious communication this coming week and see where it leads us. What do these mystic words mean to us?
The second property, is maturity, which brings wisdom, which leads to clarity of mental health, while the third is the property of action, our relationship to our spiritual practice. We understand that it is through the Buddha's teachings, our practice and in the World of Realization that empowers us to awaken faith within our person as part of our individual philosophy.
How fortunate, when we chant the Five In One Sound Meditation of infinite title of the Lotus Sutra, Namu-MyoHo-Renge-Kyo we are processing, the Hatha Yoga of breath, and awareness. We make Bodhisattva wonder sound through our chanting, we visualize the Meditation before our eyes, and all four, efforts lead to our spiritual concentration. How wonderful to be able to make this offering! From the perspective of our person and the mystic universal Law we can hear, see, feel, and touch our vital life force within the chanting. Our reflection is our response to the beauty and the joy of our prayers and meditations.
Do you truly understand your ability to make conscious communication with the miracles of life and death, with the sun, moon and stars, with all that is? All is One, everything is inter-connected, mutually dependent, we are active participants within the Three Properties in Body, Mind and Spirit; thereby guaranteeing our connection with this original trinity, the spiritual energies residing within us!
When our health, mental, spiritual, physical; is threatened in any manner, we know we have the medicine of the Five In One Chanting to release toxins and poisons of the body. With determination and faith we challenge all and any Health Karma and find the practical proof of our practice in the lessening of our physical or mental suffering. We come to understand our prayers are heard and must be answered through the Law of Cause, Effect and Karma.
We know all life is temporary and transitory, so let us remember in our Daily Meditations, to always give thanks for our senses; for the automatic daily digestion of our food, for the ability to walk and talk, to listen and see, to think and meditate.
The original trinity of life is the trinity of body, mind and spirit and our life is the great human revolution. The Quest being to "awaken" our Buddha nature. I look forward to hearing from you about your thoughts on conscious communication.
