Corporate ethics and Value for ppl.
This is all about Top management ethics and their misutilization of power.
I am working with an MNC company, located in Hyderabad.
In recent times I have seen couple of incidents in my company.
The top management misbehaving with female subordinates , below level employees.
The low level employees can't share the bad experinces with other people. They stay calm because of their job fear and shyness.
Why the top managment peple are so sick and sexually harass below level employees and play Caste politics.
They should show positive path to the company employees and they should stay as a role model to other people.
I don't know when these sick peple will realize and stop harassing subordinates.
I don't really see a way to stop theese kind of activities done by Top management people.
