I am using an Airtel postpaid connection and they set a perfect example for "customer carelessness". Every time you register a complain, they take ages to resolve. No two employees know what is happening on the customer's account. They call me only to say that i will get another call in the next 24 hours as they are unable to answer my questions.

I did not pay my February bill pending an issue to be cleared. I was of the view that unless the issue is resolved, i will not pay the bill. Got a few calls in this regard over a span of 1 month and none of them could resolve the issue. Finally i called up their "customer care", spoke to one of thier TL's Zaki who assured to resolve the issue and then i paid my bill. I was even more surprised to see that the issue still remained unresolved. If this is the state of affairs at the supervisory level, i can understand the sorry state of affairs at the associate level.

Its time Airtel got its act right before its too late.
