Master Sunil Jagdishbhai Valmik, a 13 years old boy who hails from Katakpur, Khambhat. Studying in standard 6th, Sunil expressed a strong desired to continue his education when his family approached Shree Krishna Hospital for the treatment of Nasopharyngeal Cancer of which Sunil is a patient. Cancer experts at Shree Krishna Hospital advised him to religiously follow treatment schedule for the next one year to reap the benefits. Sunil's father is physically challenged and his mother is a daily wager, working as a laborer; they thus manage to earn a lively hood and maintain their family of four on this meager income. To add to the woes it is estimated that the cost of treatment of their only son is Rs.70 0 0 0/ an amount which the family can raise under no circumstances.
As often the case, Shree Krishna Hospital willingly accepted responsibility for the same.

Donation received for treatment of Cancer & Cardiac patients, including for blood
components, are eligible for 10 0 % exemption from Income Tax under section 35 AC.
Please also send a copy of your PANCARD for 10 0 % Tax exemption.

letter of thanks by Patient's relatives. You can write or even visit child so that you can see for yourself the difference you are making.
