TRUE SENSE OF FREEDOM
Every citizen in all democratic and developed countries enjoys the state of freedom in terms of speech, expression, movement, decision etc. so long it does not interfere with that of others and does not affect the peace and stability of the country.
Is it what we aspire for as FREEDOM ? Freedom for human beings, I believe, has greater connotation......it is being free from any bondage ! Physical, mental and spiritual.
In present times of global turmoil, terrorism is the biggest threat to peaceful living to mankind. Innumerable innocent people are not only killed, but deeply affected due to its impact aftermath. Why do a group of people born like us become so ruthless and fanatic to kill people in the name of jihad? God has not permitted any of us to destruct the beautiful CREATION......be it greenery through deforestation, air and water resources including environment through pollution, degradation ( breaking ozone layer and causing greenhouse effect), marine life, animal life and human life ! We are witnessing the Nature's wrath through major devastations......like destructing Tsunami, Typhoons, major Earthquakes, melting of Glaciers , sharp changes in Climatic conditions... raising overall temperature of the planet. Sea water level is gradually rising up, so is the increase of arid land, potable water scarcity, clean air decline (impairing oxygen)....all that threaten very existence of LIFE in this planet, whom we loving address as MOTHER Earth!
Have we been able to achieve truly the Freedom we aspire as human beings...freedom from Fear, Hunger, Poverty, Oppression ? Answer is NO ! Have we been able to address serious threats to our mother earth and human existence in future? Answer is NO ! Then what are these human conflicts for ? Is it for somebody's ego, fundamental outlook, misguided concept of religion?
Nothing is bigger than this Creation, since if it does not exist, nothing exists ! The biggest force of the Creator to make the change....reverse the course of destruction in this planet and provide a better future to next of generations of all living beings is the Human beings.....all of us on this planet.
If we really want to achieve FREEDOM, we must be free from the bondages and work for the greatest living causes to make this planet Free of All ILLs inflicted by mankind over the ages! Shall we?
