Group Cohesiveness Technique: Tripling in Bike

Student of MBA
Hello friends, I am back with a new view of biking. I know boys are passionate about bikes (but again monopoly is not for boys because girls are also there). Every young guy has a dream to have a sporty bike (mostly from papa’s pocket, rarely from their own earning). Every group (gang) of boys commonly have at least 1 bike. Ok think, if there are 6 boys in a group & only 2 bikes are there then how they can manage? Simple… they will use tripling technique. Means one will drive the bike & 2 will accompany him. Although it is against the traffic rule, but you can easily find it on the roads where the traffic policemen are not on duty. Girls are also use to about tripling but they are more safety conscious than boys (but some times more risk taking than boys because they pass out speedily in front of the traffic police without any fear).

There are ‘n’ numbers of rules to enhance to group spirit, but I think tripling is the best way that makes a group strong means that increase group cohesiveness.

· You can easily know the name of every group member.

· You can understand the behaviour of every one in a group. (how?? see in case when the petrol is over then your true friend will come with you on walking until the petrol pump will come, & a selfish one will say hire another option & say I am getting late boss.)

· A centre of attraction of Girls (no need to fear because you are more in number).

· Enhance feeling of unity.

· In case of any emergency the gang collects like firemen in a fire station, & reach to the destination on bikes with in seconds. (Speedy output in case of short term assignment).

· When speed goes out of control on highways, then In case of accident one will still remain to take other two in the hospital (Risk management).
