Today’s morning I was in my HRD office of a government firm, where I am doing my summer internship project. The specialty of this place is its greenness. A number of big trees are here. Most of them are mango trees. I usually heard the sweet voice of Koyal, when she says Kuuu…. Kuuu… kuh kuh kuh.. kuu…… that sound makes me happy for a movement. Do you know Koyal is a very smart bird? There is a rule in management that one be should smart worker not a hard worker. Koyal is a big example of it.

Qualities of Koyal is a lession for us:-

1. She sings very well (do your job perfectly).

2. She always stay alone (take a single room flat & say that a space problem is here).

3. Always makes fool of crow (make a distance from your fool enemies).

4. She never makes a nest for her own self & shares the nest of crow for her chicken (baby) too. (Now if your friend has a room then share it without rent & call your friends to accompany you).

5. If you would try to make a rhyme with her voice she will reply you badly & never keep silent until you will. (never ever feel defeated from competitors always struggle)

So try to be Smart worker not a very hard worker & save your time.
