Tension free
When i back to home after my daliy routine jobs under heavy presser and so many type of thought in my mind again and again that today he told me to do that, boss was shought on me, client disputs, next day persentation and so on. but i never take it as a tension so many peoples do same things as like me they spin this thoughts again and again in there mind what was happened and what will happen. Those persons who have this type of mentality they they always get confuse and trap in time situations and loose their level of confidence and get tired physically or mentally. I suggest one thing to do daily, do your same job as you do presently your routine work. Before to sleep sit in silence aprox 5 minuts try to think nothing keep stay you mind blank and feel the silence in your mind. after 5 min lets start thinking from morning like i got at 7 'Oclock then take shower whole day with your routine job work also think what you do good and bad thing with yourself if you think and bad thing about any person who in your personal of professional life tell him sorry in thoughts only and next day you will get the results definetlly keep always posivite thinking and attitute with you and for other persons aviod harmful things like smoke, drinks etc. Also aviod to get angry always keep a very simple and beautiful smile on your face because "a little smile make you winner of any tough situation" so be happy always and keep smiling.:)
