As all know,I run my adventure organization as a mission with vision-Rhino Jungle Adventures.The main camp resort is 100 km from Bangalore and strictly VEG and Alcohol prohibited. On 5th Dec 2008, The Admin Manager of Yahoo India,EGL campus,Mr Balaji did called me for booking of 10 persons on 13 & 14 Dec 2008 in Om Shanti Dham camp for leisure.He was well informed about the rules. An advnce amount was paid.When asked for full payment as time was less for booking,he proudly explained at his yahoo office that he is the only Adm manager for entire yahoo India fleet operations, hence I need not worry for due amount.Also promised to give more contacts after visiting our resort.

Ironically he did violated all the rules,carried box of alcohols, started drinking openly,created rackus with all the modern abusive languages,teased NRI women at night- who had come from the US to have spiritual & nature enjoyment!The resort people and the lady was looking for police.I somehow managed to settle things, for what I did caried very bad name to save him. I was avoiding looking at yahoo India name.But he forgot all.On 14th he left after meals and told me to see him in his office on 15 Dec 2008 to collect balance payment.

I could contact him over phone on 17 Dec, and he refused to pay any money with dire consequences.He told me not to come to office also.

I wonder if yahoo and all MNC/IT firms do have same category of people to pull down their own name and fame? What for they boast?? Are they paid for creating rackus in society openly?? Now I am going to lodge formal complaint against him to yahoo legally.Availing facilities, mis using own company and violating a system and after enjoyment, Non payment is hope severe offence under law.

My writing this blog on this issue is to show a warning signal to top brass of IT/MNC.I wish this will be taken into.
