legal weapon becoming lethal weapon
hi friends. again our judiciary has done some thing which it should not have. On 31st may ,the supreme court of india has given judgement that if a minor girl says that she was rapped then for the accused no evidence is required and he shall be punished .well i dont know why law people dont take decisions according to law. agree that rape is very serious offence,VERY VERY SERIOUS. but being lawyer i dont agree with this . there are many reasons for it. well people sitting on chair shoul understand about the changing society. under 18 years girls are not that innocent today as compared to 10 years back. this law may ruin life of young boys. oher factors are that this will defeat the purpose of prooving the case of accused. imagine guys you wont be heard. if tommorow our girlfriend have serious fight with you , and she in view of revenge says that you have rapped her..*** you are GONEEEE....(of-course she should be minor for that). well this was brief of mine view. hope you guys will take care.
