Did you notice that these guys have no designation or job title for their job. Do you know that the best people to repair your system are not IT professionals from colleges but are people with petty diplomas from private institutes. They are sharp but they had chosen wrong courses for job market. So they put their entire effort on understanding the basic things that easily get ignored on professional courses and they are best if your computer plays tricks on you.

But its a shame that companies utilize BE and MCA and ignore these people because they have a mere diploma out of sheer badluck. Shame on you employers. Shame on you.
