We should ban strike in Public Sector
Should public servants have the right to strike?
No doubt in it, they have every right to go on strike. Not only Public servants but all have the right to strike. When government become silent spectator of injustice for long, when government turns blind eyes and deaf ears to the genuine demands made by employees or traders or shop keepers or advocate or players or any individual or any group they have one and only option and that is strike or declare lock out their shop or factory under democratic system to lodge their grievance.
It is well known to all that government is awakened only by violent demonstration, dharnas, burning of buses and trains by their opponents. Striking public sector employees are very simple and coward that they resort to only strike and not violent methods as politicians often do. In the recent past Hockey players went on strike. Sometimes shopkeepers keep market closed; sometimes students close the college, sometimes advocate close the courts by stopping practice and so on……..
If government fails to stop price rise, there will be mass violent movement to dislodge the ruling government and people will openly beat traders, loot essential commodities and finally attack on public representatives like MLAs and MPs in anger over rising prices. After all what innocent and weak common men can do when their leaders make big promises and fail to fulfill the same after election?
If one makes a real assessment he will find that manpower lost due to public sector strike is far less than that by bund, dharnas, demonstration, rallies of political parties and naxal groups. Damage of public property is caused by political workers not by striking employees. When people revolt, who can stop them causing damages and destruction?
After all it is democracy and failed Parliamentary system, which forces people to go on strike.

Media starts taking trial as if they are the king and they can rebuke, abuse, and cast aspersion on the person as per their choice (of interviewer). Even police inspector or DIG cannot take interview humiliate and commit almost rape of prestige of a dignified person as Rajdip Desai or Arnab of TV media can do and are doing openly on TV channels. This is another extremism of media freedom granted under the umbrella of democracy and committed to prevent extremism of politician, bollywood heroes or other VIPs.. Media does not gain much sympathy when Shiv Sena goondas attack media office.
