Take control of your life
lately news i am reading or listening on T.V. is mostly about murders,harassment....so much violence,and no it's not about people whom we can claim come fom a illiterate background or poor section of society or to say their need drove them to violence.
to my amusement they are people like us they are educated ,doing very well for themselves financially,have a good social circle...............and still every other day we got up with the news of all this hatred.it left my heart wrenched,often clouding my eyes and asking myself what happened to my country ,my people,my society.
if we can control the moment of anger and let it go....
may be things are much better,atleast we can try
If you are the least bit annoyed, do nothing. Exercise is the best way to get rid of "anger chemicals," or just walk away and wait till you chill.
Before you open your mouth, stop and think about how and what you will say.Say what you mean, and mean what you say. Never, ever raise your voice.Everything you think, does, like, dislike, wear, eat, etc., is your responsibility. Own it.
Nobody makes you angry. You do that to yourself. That is why only you can stop it.
Remember all these things when you are angry.
