This question if flashed in front of ones eyes, ardentpeople would retort with the latter option because entrepreneurship coincideswith independence and the former option would be chosen by those looking forsecurity. Doing business is applying your erudition and experience towardsbuilding a new venture from the grass root level and working under someoneinvolves adapting to the practices supported by the particular company andcontributing towards its growth.
If you chose business, you have the liberty to work as youwish and commit to the field most liked by you. Success in your businessguarantees paramount returns. You are the boss and no one else has a commandover you. But the drawback is business is a huge risk. If losses are incurredyou might lose all the possessions you have.
When you are employed, there is an assurance that at the endof the month you will receive your due. Hence this option guarantees financialsecurity. And if your work is rendered beneficial for the company, promotionsare on the way. While working beneath a senior, you have no right to work asyou wish. Someone is always around to judge, to order and to admonish you.
Both options have its pros and cons but which one is mostliked?
