Is india shining?

most of the persons said yes, india is able to cope with the economic recession,it is currently hovering around gdp rate of 7%,it is doing good in the world arena in sports media so india is shining.we have a increased literacy rate etc.

these all points remained in main context but i was not satisfied is india really shining. after 61 yrs of independence our politicians are still favouring us by bijli, sadak ,pani, motto,congress has recently unveiled there election manifestoin which they will be offering many things at concessional rate . does this also reflects india shining.

many friends said that the indian population of youth will change the india. i was fooled by there dreams many of the youth are not living in there constituencies. how will they vote. none of us will take a special leave to cast a vote and change and after all the voting pattern still remains the same caste, criminal and religion politics.

so is india really shining or its the fools dream kindly help me out of this controversial topic?
