Yesterday was a lazy Sunday for me and my husband and both of us love to watch movies on weekends to revitalize ourselves from the hectic schedule of our software jobs.

We both have the same taste & prefer offbeat cinema. We decided to watch Bolo Ram –recently released movie based on mother son relationship.

Although, the movie was not so great but the base taken in the movie is always interesting and mind boggling. Aggressive son allegedly in custody for his mother’s murder whom he loved more then himself. He went in temporary psychosis but got a clue from his best friend’s meet about the killer. The movie is again based on the Muslim maulavis who are misguiding the Indian and Pakistani youth and throwing them in darkness of terror. They are telling them the path of shahdat which some of them don’t know and actually don’t understand. No where in the Islam religion it’s written to kill the fellow people. However, ironically, it means ‘To accept’. Islam religion accepts all others with full grace and love. When the Religion itself has such a beautiful meaning then from where does ‘Jihad’ comes. I wonder. Jihad is only the Sixth and last duty (although was not included earlier) which is preceded by more vital and valuable duties which are not getting importance nowadays by some people like the old maulavis.Every human is made of same molecules, almost same thought, child of same god(how come they have divided the god too?)They can laugh with you and can cry in the sorrows…then why the nation or globe is divided into religions. I don’t see any difference. Children are given bullets instead of marbles to play…nobody can go out with full surety that they will come home alive. It’s a hit and trial game everyday…life is going on. But there should be an end to everything and we have to be responsible for our deeds. Or else we will not be able to take responsibility of any action… I just wonder why these mis guiding madrassas are not discouraged by the govt.Every other day we are getting threat of an attack and we are not replying to them & have become numb now. Our soul has started bleeding and heart is frozen.

Now you tell me are we doing the things right by killing our own people? Are we fair enough to give a real gun in the hands of a kid? Are we justified when or sisters and mothers are not treated right? Are we defensible when we kill the innocent people just to punish some bunch of people? Are we reasonable enough when we blast an airplane with more then 200 innocent lives in it? Yes...We are. If we say. .Its “JIHAAD”…but I don’t understand it…Really!!!
