What democracy we belong to?

Democracy means as per Oxford dictionary, this is a form of government, where people have a say about who will hold power. Republic means, a State where form of government is democratic. According to this meaning it becomes very clear that people have no right to interfere in the aftermath working of such a government! Whereas, in natural democracy a continuous interference of people is expected in the working of a government. That we see happening in Kejriwal government at Delhi; how embarrassing it was, shows that we cannot have a government in purely natural democratic pattern.
I feel time has come for all of us to be very clear about more aspects of democracy. We see there are two forms of democracy and one is natural democracy and the other is democracy as proposed by a constitution. Natural democracy and constitutional democracy are often mixed together by most readers of this subject and so much misunderstanding prevails. This I feel because, we see much confusion being made by concerned persons while referring to them. Kejriwal often behaves in the manner that he wants to work as per natural democracy but never says so. Same I see while referring to Anna. Whereas, their critics often talk of constitutional democratic references. Therefore, condemn Kejriwal because he does not behave with respect for constitutional democracy. I am here referring to the behavior of Aam Admi party in Delhi assembly.
The way AAP gave their resignation from the assembly and demanded to call back the assembly was alright as per natural democracy but not proper as per constitutional democracy. So long as Kejriwal and his group does not make clear about to what democracy they belong and work, this confusion shall continue. I request him to be clear about this basic topic and by that give clear direction to his followers about how to work in upcoming days. At the beginning Anna was demanding as per natural democracy and now we see, he is talking of constitutional democracy; this clearly shows that he seems to have no idea what he wants? If Anna is in confusion about what exactly he wants then that shall create more confusion all over.
Why most political parties prefer to work as per constitutional democracy we shall have to understand. The reason for that is natural democracy is difficult to manage as it does not specify any particular method of rights of people under it. As a result that type of democracy can be misused by unscrupulous element in that society. Unscrupulous element anyway, can manipulate both constitutional as well as natural democracy but chances of manipulation in case of natural democracy are more than those in constitutional democracy. What makes this difference?
As per our Hindu Shastras a government (Raja) must be a Satwik person but if not, then that government shall fail. Today we do not have any such restriction on who will contest in election. Our present constitution does not clearly specify as to who can contest as far as Satwa, Rajas and Tamas qualities. Our present constitution does not even specify who should be considered as a gentleman. Whereas, these are the basic explanations to make government feasible. I wish we introduce these conditions in our constitution to keep wrong people from entering our Houses. In that we should demand that only Satwik persons can stand for election. Therefore, first we have to define Satwik person. Luckily, we have enough references for that definition in our scriptures. For example in Dasbodh, by saint Ramdas, all symptoms of Tamas, Rajas and Satwik are listed. At least, we should hold discussions on such improvements. My readers will definitely agree if I say most leaders of our political parties are Tamas; and so not fit to rule as per Hindu Shastras.
Recently a statistics, about number of criminals contesting in the names of political parties, was released in the media. I wonder why political parties are not asked by the EC to give explanation about why these people are given ticket even though they are criminals?
