A Person has been suspended from his government job because he was accused to do a fraud of 2 million INR. That person has filed a case in court that he is innocent. The court has given verdict in his favour and asked government to resume his services. After 7 months of the decision by court, the person has not been taken back on job. That person is going to administration and coming back almost every day but his efforts are in vain.

In Our day to day life, we come across various government departments and administrative workers/officers. A middle class man or a poor man finds himself helpless between government workers and their processes.I would say that not all are same but the number is huge. If I look at the reasons, few are

1. The work culture is very poor.

2. They are not good in time management

3. Lack of understanding their responsibility

4. Pressure from leaders and bribe from Kubers(Rich)

5. Old methods of doing job

In the above incident, A person is roaming from last 7 months but no body is there who ask the administrative officers why they are taking this much of time. The officers are neither afraid nor responsible.

I have seen that many government servents reach office at 11(instead of 10) and leave at 4( instead of 6). They dont have to book timesheet. Nobody audits their worktime and quality of work.

The above 7 months waiting is just an example. There could be many more examples where people are fighting for their rights from 5-10-20 years. somebody is fighting for his own property, other one is fighting to get his pension, while somebody is fighting to prove himself innocent against false criminal case.

The point here is that even if court give judgement in favour of applicant, he has to fight with administartion to implement that judgement.

We need a government who ensures responsibility of government officials. A government who establishes improved processes.A government where middleman is not harrashed. A government where transparency is prime agenda and its implementation is clearly visible.
