Extreme Secularism: We Are Proud to Be Indians!!!
Should we Indians be proud of this amazing demonstration of secularism: When an Indian Christian tortured by Muslim activists is being mercilessly dismissed from the job, and as if it was a bit less than the perfect justice -- his employer even went to the extent of declaring officially that he will be reinstated, only when Muslim community pardons him???
Highlighting this highly inspiring(?) but extremely demotivating story, The Times of India, reports, "the college management told media that Joseph was dismissed because he hurt the sentiments of a particular community. However, it said that the decision can be reconsidered if the Muslim community pardons him."
I may be confused! But, why should you be? Sit down, detach yourself from the surroundings, read this story, look deep inside, and then ask yourself: Are you really proud be be an Indian?
